  3. 2/3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  5. as required Shreaded Cheese(Mozzerella)

  7. 2 tbsp Chopped garlic
  8. 1 chopped onion
  9. 4bowl/Cups tomato puree
  10. as required Oregano
  11. as required Black pepper
  12. 1 tbsp Sugar
  13. as required Red chilli flakes
  14. as per taste Salt
  15. Sauted vegetables-
  16. 1/3 cup Zucchini chopped
  17. 1/3 cup Red bell peper chopped
  18. 1/3 cup Green capsicum chopped
  19. 1/2 cup Carrot chopped
  20. 1/3 cup Broccoli chopped
  21. 1/2 cup Corn boiled
  22. 1 tbsp Green chilli (optional) chopped
  23. 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  24. 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  25. as per required Pasta/ Lasagna sheets
  26. as required Oil

Instructions to make to make Vegetable Lasagna

  1. Prepare white sauce first.
  2. In a pan take butter,let it melt and add all purose flour 2 to 3 tbsp. Miz and saute for 2 mins on slow flame.
  3. Add little(1/4cup) milk at a time,mix it and again add more milk.
    Add the milk in batches and slowly cook it.
  4. Once all milk added mix for 2 mins and add mozzerella cheese about half to 1 cup in the milk.
  5. Mix it on slow flame for 1 min
  6. Add salt, 2 tbsp oregano and chilli flakes (as per your taste) to it.If you want little spice add pepper powder too. (Optional)
  7. Mix it and remove from the pan.
  8. Now next step is to prepare red sauce.
  9. In a pan heat 2/3 tbsp oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute it for 1 min and add chopped onions. Cook for 1 min.
  10. Add tomato puree to it.Mix and let it cook for 5 mins. Meanwhile add salt,oregano,chilli flakes and sugar to it. Add 1 tbsp of ketchup.After 5 mins turn off the flame & keep it aside.
  11. 3rd step is to saute the vegetables.
  12. In a pan heat 3 tbsp oil. Add green chilli,gralic and ginger. Saute for 1 min and add carrots to it. Cook it for 2 mins.Now add all the other veggies chopped zuchhini,bell paper,capsicum,broccoli,boiled corn to it.Mix it and add oregano,chilli flakes,salt and pepper powder.
  13. Mix and cook it in open pan for 2 to 3 mins.
  14. Once veggies are done keep it aside.
  15. Final step is to layer lasagne.
  16. In a oven proof bakeware add prepared tomato sauce in bottom layer.Next add pasta/lasagne sheet on it.
  17. Again add tomato sauce on the top of sheet. Add saute vegetable on top of sauce. Next,add 2 to 3 tbsp white sauce. Add some mozzarella cheese too.
  18. Next add pasta/lasagne sheet and repeat the layers 3 to 4 times.
  19. The top layer should be sauce and lots of mozzarella cheese
  20. Put it in preheated Oven for baking at 190 C for 25 to 30 mins.
  21. Cut them in pieces and serve it hot.
